Andy is Co-General Partner of No Border Ventures, a Texas-based venture capital firm that invests in FinTech companies. He is an MBA candidate at The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania and a Bel Air High alumni. He has a deep passion for helping founders realize their ideas, sharing financial literacy advice, and forming lifelong relationships.
Andy has 8+ years of experience in venture capital, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, operations, and commodity trading. His previous employers are Roble Ventures, Laconia Capital Group, Mission One Capital, Amazon.com, Marathon Petroleum Corporation, and UBS Investment Bank. During his time in Seattle, he founded a non-profit called the Pacific Boys Rowing Co., which helped serve underrepresented children in the Seattle area with scholarships and clothing. He received his BBA from St. Mary’s University and graduated with the highest honors.
During his free time, he enjoys teaching yoga, rowing, the outdoors, soccer and traveling.

Diana Bruce (she/her/hers) is a nationally recognized school health leader, speaker, and trainer with over 25 years of experience in advocating for child and adolescent health, school health, reproductive health, HIV/STI prevention, sexuality education, and LGBTQ advocacy through policy and program development at various levels of government. Known for her unique approach, she combines radical empathy with sound public policy to engage communities in creating “student-centered solutions.”
Diana operates her consulting practice, specializing in empathy-based, student-centered policy development and training for schools and organizations. She is an expert in navigating Title IX, FERPA, HIPAA, and Section 504 to ensure academic access for young people and has been involved in court cases supporting transgender students. Diana also advises K-12 schools on COVID-19-related challenges and works to create inclusive policies for transgender students.
Raised on the U.S./Mexico border, Diana earned her Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Texas at El Paso and holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Columbia University, with a concentration in Gender and Public Policy. Beyond her consultancy, she teaches yoga with an equity focus and serves on the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington.
